  • · Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation No after hours or weekends 300K total package

  • · Pulmonology w Sleep 10 days/mo 500K total package

  • · ENT - Ear Nose & Throat 1 in 4 500K total package

  • · Walk In Care/Urgent Care No hospital call 250K total package
